Teachers: Steve and Deiatre Gillam
We have been working with and teaching youth since we both graduated high school. Deiatre taught a Teenage Girls Class for 16 years at Camp Garwood, Garwood, MO. Steve was a leader of the Galilean Boys Group at Ohlman Missionary Baptist Church when we were members there. The world we live in now is so different from what we grew up in. We pray that God will give us the wisdom we need when God gives us the opportunity to teach any youth that attend class at Mt. Olive. Our prayer is that teenagers growing up in this world will see Jesus in us and want to know more about a man called Jesus, who died for them.
