When you ask God to use you, you better get ready to get out of your comfort zone. The first Sunday we attended Mt. Olive the song leader was ill and not able to be there. Talk about taking a huge step away from my comfort zone. I thought I was willing to be used however the Lord led, BUT when it came down to it, I declined. That didn't work for God, so there I was leading the congregational singing for Sunday school and worship that very Sunday. When you ask God to lead, He will help you and prepare you for the job. We just don't know sometimes where it will be, but we need to be willing to be used for God's Glory. Due to the Song Leader's failing health, he resigned the position of song leader. Orville was a great inspiration to me. I have been serving as song leader at Mt. Olive for almost 4 years now. I do not feel qualified or worthy but am doing my best.
